First time out of Miami port wasn’t bad for the amount of people. The Horizon was a great experience overall! I look forward to future cruising!

4 different comedians kept me laughing so much! Cookie the cruise director was very entertaining! The performers in the theater sang and danced wonderfully.

I never met my room steward the entire cruise and that was a first out of 11. The bar staff could not keep up I feel like they needed more during busy times. The staff were friendly but I do feel they were short staffed
