Aruba and Curaçao were awesome ports. Horizon is a beautiful ship with beautiful staff!

Traffic in the Miami port area was an absolute nightmare. It seemed as if people were still getting off the ship at 11 am!

Many took the time to learn our names and all said Hello. Very polite, courteous and accommodating.

Shower did not drain properly, drain in sink did not work, faucet at times only had hot water, and tv remote did not work properly. We think it needed a new battery. It was always very clean.
