We rarely eat in the dining room. Steak house was good and I like that the Horizon has outdoor seating. It's not what it was several years ago, but still a nice meal. Seafood shack was great. I had the lobster roll twice. We also ate at the Italian restaurant and the BBQ. Both were very good.
Onboard Activities

There are a lot of people on the Horizon and consequently, the pools are crowded. Casino is large and hopping.

Comedian was very funny and there wasn't a wait. We loved the IMAX.

We really never saw the room steward, but the room was clean and the ice bucket was full. Wait staff at the restaurants were generally very good.
Ship Quality

Very clean and well laid out ship. The elevator system would be great if people were instructed on how to use it. Unfortunately, even on day 7, people still didn't get it.
Cabin / Stateroom

Smaller than other balcony cabins we have stayed in. Less storage.
I give this 3 stars because we couldn't get an elevator for self carry at 8AM. Had to drag the suitcases down 3 flights of stairs. After that it was quick.
