Review summary

Overall nice first time experience. Was not impressed with the complimentary food. The elevators were full 50% of the time, so excessive waiting for an elevator. Enjoyed the constant entertainment on board. Loved our steward Mr Myatat 7th floor cabin for room 7434

Our steward Myatat Horizon 7th floor was amazing. Very professional and courteous. One of the best steward I ever had!!!

Glad you enjoyed it. Getting an elevator is difficult on many ships. Unless you have mobility issues, using the stairs is almost always faster. As far as issues with luggage at debarkation, taking your own luggage and using self-debarkation is usually the fastest way and you have no issues with lost luggage.
