Our sheets were dirty upon arrival, thank goodness we brought disposable sheets to put over the bed! Our sign and sail cards did not work after taking a ferry to the island Princess Cays, we took the ferry back to the ship for guest services to tell us there was no problem with our cards, back on the ferry to the island for the cards to still not work! We missed lunch, excursions planned, and just the ability to enjoy the island! Not a good experience, then when they called me to discuss it they said they can only compensate by giving us a $25 onboard credit for our next cruise…mind you we spent upwards of $2k for that cruise because we had a balcony cabin smh very disappointing. Not to mention it was to celebrate my birthday other than that we “had fun” I guess🙄

Ship tip

Bring disposable sheets and additional cash even though they say you need your sail and sign card in the island of Princess Cays. Just stay onboard and explore, buy your souvenirs in Nassau please save yourself the trouble, wish we had!
