Great time in Belize and Cozumel. In Belize, we were able to experience the culture by taking a tour of Belize City stopping along the way at varies food stands and visited the Rum Factory. In Cozumel, my husband and I visited Playa Mia Resort. The services we received were exceptional. The result is relaxing and beautiful, food and drinks were great. We relaxed on the beach and even experienced riding a bike in the ocean. Great winter vacations for husband and I.

Guy's Burger Joint is always a great choice. We had a great experience with food and dining. We were a little disappointed that we were going to be charge a corking fee to open our own bottle of wine in the dining room. We did the Steak house, but many items were not available on the menu. My husband wanted the Wagyu beef, but was told it wasn't available, so he ordered the Cowboy steak. Our waiter went to put in our order, but returned a short time later to inform us that the Cowboy steak wasn't available. We selected this experience before we boarded the ship. Carnival needs to notify their guest that select the Steak house that some menu items are not available. (We were then told by our waiter, only after my husband complained that the items have been unavailable for several months.)

Great service given by our room steward Rafael. The waiter and waitress in the buffet area were helpful. The staff at Guy's Burgers are fantastic, especially since they deal with so many guest on a regular basis getting burgers.
We chose an excursion from Shore Excursioneer for Belize Food Tasting, Rum and Sightseeing. Great choice! We were able to see the island, taste the food and visit the rum factory.
We also selected an excursion from Shore Excursioneer to Playa Mia Grand Beach Break. We had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoyed the bike riding on the ocean. The atmosphere, drinks and food were great.
Appreciate your feedback. If something is unavailable, it should be taken off the menu and/or passengers should be notified (as you suggested). Sorry this happened. Glad you enjoyed your cruise in spite of that.
