This was our first time to the Western Caribbean. Loved the ports of call, but I’m not a fan of the Glory. I like the small fantasy class or the new Mardi Gras. The ship had a weird layout that is isn’t user friendly. The comedians were great, steak house was great, but the MDR was average and logistics failed when sodas got limited to a selection of Pepsi, 7UP Zero, or Ginger Ale.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
The embarkation process was one of the smoothest and on-time processes. As soon as we checked in, our boarding group was called and we were on our way to the ship. Only a couple of hiccups were that the elevator put us out on the front side, but the line was the rear side and easily corrected and the check in desk for photos was a little tight.

Food and Dining
3 out of 5
To start, the steak house is always supreme and this was no exception. The MDR has the same average food, but the buffets were really lacking this time. 1 star beverage service though. Day 5 and 6 resulted in only Pepsi, 7-up Zero and Ginger Ale being the only sodas available at any bar we went to. No Mountain Dew, Fanta, Dr Pepper, etc. here are your 3 to choose from.
Emerald Room Steakhouse
5 out of 5
Love the steak house. If you like a medium rare steak, go for the fillet as it is thick, but the cowboy steak is great. Love the cheese cake for dessert.

Ship Quality

Not a fan of this class of ship. The layout of the aft dining room vestibule is difficult to navigate.
Cabin / Stateroom

Bathroom is a little dated. The sink had a lot of cracks and the flooring in the bathroom was spongier than normal.
If a person in your party doesn’t like seafood and you have people under 21 in your party, your choice for dining is limited. Not a fan of NOLA, saw two drug deals go down, feces in the street and other things not for kids, but let the good times roll.
