Over all it was a great time and I will be doing it again.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
This was one of the smoothest experiences of the whole trip. Despite having to produce 4 credit cards until one got approved for the parking garage, all went well. My wife is disabled and they made it real easy for us to get on the ship.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
All were very good. We dined at the Steakhouse one evening and it was to die for. The buffets were good for a quick bite but the most enjoyable was dining at our designated table. We met some really great people and had the best experience.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
There was plenty to do but there was an extremely large amount of walking between shows and other activities. Needless to say, we were pleased with what was offered and stayed busy the whole time we were on board.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Top notch entertainment from the bands, comedians and shows.
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
Bartenders were great but was not pleased with room service. Ordered breakfast by leaving card on our door handle and never got it. Climbing Mian Ruins with no breakfast is no fun at all. Stewart was very nice and happy to assist us in any way. Spa kept trying to sell my wife more then she wanted and could not get a straight answer from anyone on prepaid gratuities.
Ship Quality

It worked for me and will certainly work for you.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
We got a cabin with a balcony but never spent any time on it as there was no room to enjoy it. If you sat in the chair, there was no room to stretch out. No time to sit anyway. Busy Busy Busy.
Ship tip
Pre Paid Gratuities Is Not What You Think It Is. You will be pay gratuities regardless. Pay it once or pay it twice, that is the decision you will have to make.
Sorry to hear about confusion about gratuities. The way I understand it the pre paid covers the room steward and MDR wait staff (and some behind scenes staff.) Anything you pay extra for like bar service there is a gratuity added on since it is not part of the fare (or included in the drinks package) that you paid to take the cruise.
Apart from a couple of minor issues, you seemed to have really enjoyed your cruise. I'm not clear about your comment regarding the pre-paid gratuities, what was the issue? The problem regarding room service was easily remedied by picking up some items at the buffet or coffee shop and bringing back to your cabin. Not ideal, but better than going to your excursion on an empty stomach. As travelers, you know you have to be adaptable when things don't go according to plan.
