Review summary

We were sailing with a large group of friends, about 30! The wonderful part about this cruise was everyone found plenty to do to keep them happy and busy! Or just found a place to read and relax. Perfect 7 day getaway.

Embarkation

3 out of 5
The terminal in New Orleans has too much vehicle traffic in competition with pedestrian traffic.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The food was not as good and the variety on Lido was somewhat limited. Breakfast was exactly the same every day!

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
If you could not find something to do you were not trying! Lee, the cruise director, was always stirring up something!!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The singers and dancers were the best we have seen in a while. Stage productions were amazing!! Two new shows were outstanding.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The crew was wonderful. Our room stewards took care of every need. The bar staff and servers always smiled and offered assistance asking constantly if we needed anything, from water to coffee to other beverages.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The ship was clean but many of the areas need refurbishing snd updating.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The cabin was clean, everything in working order.

Ship tip

Take advantage of all the entertainment and music!

We went to West Bay beach with a side visit to the sloth and monkey preserve on a private tour. Great time! Victor Bodden arranged everything. We had transportation with driver who watched over us and took care of our group of 8.

Belize City, Belize

Took the tender into port and wandered around. Not our favorite port.

Cozumel, Mexico

Our group of 12 went to Mr. Sancho’s and had a wonderful time! Thanks to our favorite server, Misael, and his crew. Shrimp cocktail and coconut shrimp were to die for!!

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
The crew on this ship has Debarkation down to a science! We were off the ship and on our way home by 7:30 am. Thanks for a great cruise!!
