The cruise overall was fantastic we appreciate being refunded for the lost day of sailing I feel Carnival did everything they could to make our Christmas Holidays fun. I definitely will go on another Carnival Cruise

It was somewhat confusing to get from one end of the ship to the other especially when on area was closed due to the accident

Loved the aft deck balcony I would like to always have that area well worth the extra money
We were moved off the ship like cattle. I realize they were trying to repair the damage from the accident in the dining area but having an announcement come over the speakers in all cabins at 4 o’clock am was rude. It was just an excuse to wake everyone up and get us off as quickly as possible. The breakfast food ran short and the staff serving were not friendly you could tell they just wanted us off the ship Our cruise director pushed everyone off and most of the time you can’t understand him
