Would love to do this ship again after it has been sent to dry dock to be refurbished, it needs some tender love and care, she is an older lady.

All in all the shows were boring and the performers lacked something in their performance. The Exception being the Love and Marriage show, Hairy Chest Contest and anything that Michelle the, assistant cruise director did, even BINGO.

On the first leg of our cruise we had the best wait staff JINO was our head waiter, LOUIE was the team waiter and IKEITUT (Goose) was our asst. waiter, they all were exceptional and deserve raises or more time off, the should be training other wait staff how to do it right . Angel and Jing of Guest Services were very helpful and friendly at all times. Our cabin steward, FRANIE was very good as was his helper MUIS, they work hard to make our stay very welcome and deserve to be rewarded as such.

No not all areas were clean and many needed to be repaired or fixed in some way, our own suite didn't have a working thermostat. On a brigh note, I would like to give cudos where they are deserved on December 5, 2019, there was a problem with the water and we had none for a few hours, but the maintenance crew was able to solve the issue in a timely manner, so way to go you guys.
Cabin / Stateroom

The size was great, cleanliness was pretty good comfort not so much we either sunk down in the middle or had to sleep on the couch so other person could get a good nights sleep.
Ship tip
Make sure that your thermostat is in working order.
Dry dock will do any ship good. But also I think the fantasy class ships that are older and smaller than this ship are better. But again... refit is good
