HANDICAPPED people are not treated well on exertions.
We use elevators to get around they use stairs only. Lost guilds and stood around wondering where everyone went. PAID FOR EXERTION Got lost on guided tours, frequently.
Entertainment director lied about prizes. That is an Implied Contract.
The room and employees were great.
Embarkation

Easy to get on the ship, by appointed time schedule.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Food and service was excellent. HOWEVER, my husband and I are disabled, they waited for us to be seated before telling us it was elegant night. They should have stopped us at the front door, instead of embarrassing us, while everyone watched.
Onboard Activities

The first show we went to, the cruise entertainment director lied about the prize. He offered 2 FREE cruises to the winners. All they got was a ship on a stick trophy. (That was an implied contract) and they have a right to sue. I did not trust him again. That was one he'll of a lie at the contests expense. Also, (Cookie) the entertainment director, demeaned the renewal vows by acting like a goofy teenager handing out headbands to wear.
Entertainment

Very entertaining and fun.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The only problem we had was kicking us out of the dining hall, after we were seated. We should have been informed, at the hostess desk about elegant night. (Handicapped accessibility didn't always apply.)
Ship Quality

Beautifully maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

Best room and view. Comfortable and elegant.
Ship tip
Pay attention to elegant night announcement d or you sell be kicked out of the dining room.
Loved this port. We did have a problem again. We lost our tour guild, he didn't wait for us to use the elevator, because stairs are difficult for us. SHIP GUIDES DO NOT WAIT FOR HANDICAPPED PEOPLE TO USE THE ELEVATOR. They wanted us to use the stairs. So they didn't wait for us.
This was my second favorite port. However, the excretion was too short. We snorkeled for only between 30-40 minutes and the free ruwas served on a very dirty and sticky table with cups place up-side-down. Germ fest.
We took a guided tour of the everglades. The guilds walk too fast. We had no clue which bus to get on. The guilds didn't wait again. Surprise, Surprise.
All of your complaints are things you could avoid. I have never seen anyone eith a disability treated poorly. It is not the cruise lines fault you didnt take wheelchaira. There are some available, but not many and if there are others that where there first, you juat have to deal with it.
The elegant night issue, well sorry but thats also on you. They put it in the daily newsletter, and they make announcements, and on the way to the dining room you saw half the ship passengers all gussied up.
For getting on and off the ship they do have staff that will help with elevators for the disabled
Are you sure you wouldn't have had a negative comment if you had been stopped before you sat down for the elegant dinner?... How does someone not notice it's formal night on a cruise?
