Review summary

Overall, it was a great time. This is our 3rd cruise and the best one yet! The staff and ports were top knotch. With that said, I felt this ship move more than the other two we have been on. Be prepared if you are prone to motion sickness. Other than that, the cruise was a blast!!

Embarkation

We purchased Faster to the Fun. However, because there was issues with getting people off of the boat we had to wait so long that we didn’t really get to take advantage of FTF.

Our Room Steward was first class. There were 10 people in our group. Our rooms were next to one another. Dwi made each one of us feel like we were top priority. He went above and beyond every single day. Always acknowledged us in the hallways with a polite hello and how are you. Our waiters at dinner were no different. We were at the 8:15 dinner with Danny and Joyce. We were always greeted with a smile and a willingness to make sure we had a great experience at dinner. They succeeded!! If we were to go on another cruise, I would personally request these three Carnival employees. They made our time in the cruise ship very pleasant. Percy, the bar tender at the Blue Iguana made our cruise FUN!! He was always my bartender of choice. He got the crowd going and kept the party going!

It was so well put together. We got off the boat, grab our luggage and went through customs all in about 30-45 minutes.

I just got off the Glory in September. Other than the day we were making up time due to a medical emergency, I didn't feel the motion much at all. I am very prone to motion sickness and most days I didn't use anything. However, be prepared. You never know if you will hit rough seas. Enjoy!!!

Thanks for the review! We are due to take this itinerary in 2020. Y'all look like y'all had a really good time. Thankfully, we do not get motion sickness.

Im very prone to motion sickness. The Glory will be my 3rd cruise and its a smaller ship than my first 2. Good to know. What deck was your room on?
