Review summary

Nice ship but staff was nearly as engaged as in the past. Casino bar service was horrible. Norhing was ever done to adress this issue.

We love the Glory, but do not frequent ship casino, nor do we drink much. Those issues are small for most, so decide if that's an issue. Tip: if you have a complaint, write it down, then go to customer service. Discuss, then leave the note. It is easier for them to address with something in writing with your names and cabin number. Sorry it wasn't great for you.

I have 24 days until my cruise on the Glory. I don't frequent the Casino much so if that is the main compliant, I am not worried.

Such a wonderful Ship. We have always enjoyed it. Will be sailing again in November for the 3rd time. I pray You experience was an Oddity.
