The DJ (I believe Heat) did NOT cater to the crowd. If asked to play a song he wouldn’t or would say “I’ll play it later. It was empty a lot. It seemed that he only played what he felt like hearing.

We constantly complained of our room being warm and it was 4 of us in the cabin. No one fixed the issue they said that it had to be in a range up to 74. Ours was 73.5.... that’s ridiculous. Our steward was subpar. My cabin mate and I and a few friends who met me on the boat were celebrating birthdays and I got the short end of the stick. My friends were rewarded with a decorated room, spa credits, pixel credits etc. I only received pixels. Gus (sounds like goose) was great and the only one deserving of tipping and the girl at the coffee bar on 5 from Thailand

The comedy club had a leak in which it smelled of mold/mildew. The water leaked on a group that was with us. I’m highly allergic to mild and had to go to my room to get my inhaler. I informed multiple personnel in the comedy club room and the lobby customer service to no avail.

Ship tip
Fix the issues. Everyone was sick. Be on the same page as the destinations as we paid to ATV in the DR and was told one time to find out that it was actually one hour later which made us be the last to return.... as a result we were running to the ship but the carnival person who checks the sail card at the port stayed that we didn’t have to rush because the boat was leaving at 7... we’ll that was wrong. We were almost left because of it. Also, the app barely worked and neither did the social media plan. Why advertise when it’s barely functional. Also, pixels need a better process
Was there in both 2016 and 2017 and had the total opposite experience that you 'had' . First mistake you made is 4 adults in a room and let me guess it was an inside cabin.
