Review summary

This cruise was fine however when you factor in cost, destination, and food it wasn’t our favorite. Not sure why you have made the decision to change the food selections. And the cost/prices have only went up, while our experience has not??? I believe the cruise industry should pay close attention to these concerns.

Embarkation

Having cruised in the past, we were not notified of your new process which had us confused- and uncomfortable and confused

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
We’ve been on over 9 cruises and have noticed that the food for some reason has changed e.g. less options (selection). And our experience in the dining room was terrible. We requested private dining and was denied and the entire dining experience each day took over two hours (from the time we were seated until we completed our meal).

This cruise was changed due to hurricane’s..it was our second attempt to go to St. Thomas. We understand that you can not predict the weather but an option to reschedule would have been nice or an option of destinations (we’ve been to the Bahamas and the Turks many times)

On the Glory right now and all I have is great things to say about them...food selection is to our satisfaction but we are not hard people to please😊 the crew is great our destinations are great and the shows are great...guess it depends on the person and expectations

I couldn't agree more! Our last Carnival cruise was on this ship and we had identical complaints. So, we ventured out and went on the Norwegian Gem and immediately fell in love with NCL. Everything was way better.
