Review summary

Overall we were disappointed. Food was not always cooked properly, experience with guest services staff was a huge frustration, and it just wasn’t the experience we’ve had in the past with Carnival. We’ll probably try another line next time. But a few select crew members made the trip enjoyable. To them we are so grateful & left a Carnival review so they can be recognized for their outstanding service.

Never met our cabin steward, but our housekeeper was so sweet & attentive. Our dining team was great! But Guest Services staff completely failed to provide any kind of customer Service when we had a problem with a neighbor smoking in our cabin & the smoke ended up filtering into our room. So disappointing...
