Review summary

Tender boat islands take forever. I mean a ridiculous amount of time! Never got a good night's sleep bc we had a show happening exactly above our heads every single night. Basically got home exhausted and swore we would not do another one.

Cabin / Stateroom

Absolutely ridiculous to sell cabins exactly underneath the main venue if entertainment. EVERY SINGLE night we listened to Bass until 11pm. We couldn't sleep, our kids couldn't sleep. AWFUL!! Then the fun begins again in the morning bc they practice all day and u can't sleep again!

Ship tip

Do not get cabins on floor 1 or 2 forward. You won't sleep, you will be frustrated.

Ports of call

George Town, Grand Cayman

Did stingray swim. Fairly fun. Tender boats take forever and it limited our time in the island

Mahogany Bay, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

This is basically carnival dropping u off on their island. It's just carnival wanting to make more money. Didn't see the real Honduras. We saw "carnivals Honduras". Which is shops and a beach where it's costs to even sit down on the beach chairs

Belize City, Belize

4 out of 5
Not enough time to tender in and then do much. We had planned an excursion before hand and it was difficult to make it back on time

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
Had the most fun and no tender boats!

Disembarkation

We carried our luggage off and it was fine

Agree with other's comments! Check deck plans and book cabin with cabins above and below yours!!

Did you not look at the deck plans before booking. All cruise lines have cabins crammed into every book and cranny and if course some of them will be in spots that are less than ideal. A good PVP or CLIA certified travel agent would of warned you about booking a cabin with a public area above, below, or adjacent to your cabin. Unlike a hotel it is the primary passenger's responsibility to make sure the cabin they ouck is a good fit and location for their family/group. Since all ships, regardless of cruise company, sail full another difference to hotels or resorts. So never expect the ability to change your stateroom once on board.

4 stars yet you seem like you hated it?

We plan accordingly, try to book a room on the higher decks or midship.

We study the ships and now can book in the better locations.
