I hated this trip. I did not enjoy my trip! Room was not clean at all. The phone in my room had so much wax on it, the bathroom soap dish had hairs all over it, and sheets are yellow.

I know it's not all sunshine and rainbows, but if there a problem, you asked to have it fixed. but with only one review, and zero cruises listed I believe it's someone that just want to trash talk carnival.

Thanks @mickeycrazed. Trolling was a new term for me. I concur. Anyone who posts this poor of a review is either trolling or incompetent at dealing with issues on the cruise as they occur. If this was legit, the review would have been more focused on the lack of the cruiseline to respond to a complaint.

no flyinstead, not because it's a negative review. NO cruises with anyone listed, a blanketed statement like "room was not cleaned at all, sheets are yellow". I'm sorry of I am paying for something (room cleaned) if it's not i am going to be complaining until it's fixed. Trolls are usually people who want to trash talk one cruise line or another, drop nasty statements like about, then never respond to anything said.

well I love carnival and have never had a problem, if I did I would report it and then if not taken care of complain until it's done.

Did you complain to your cabin steward or customer service during your cruise? My experience has been that if you bring an issue to their attention right away, they usually try to fix it.
