The advisor Hollie who was a representative for the shopping merchants rigged all the raffles a Asian couple won all the prizes after they where informed they denied it . How do you gold a raffle take up people's time only to have someone in the store predetermined winner??? We witnessed cheating watch the video. I'm Highly disappointed. They kept cancelling events and rescheduling which was done around times of prior commitments. You need more Professional comedians. The One Bright spot was Dinner in Platinum upper level Joel & His team where outstanding. Service and Friendliness unmeasurable. I'm disappointed overall because my friends are gold members and said Services where better. Morning show was very Good. Veterans services was commendable. As a disabled Veteran I'm Proud to meet & Greetings fellow Veterans. I think a replacement cruise would suffice in allowing your staff to reach & exceed my traveling experience. As my first cruise it could of been Awesome.
