Great first cruise. Eric the cruise direcTor was funny and I think never slept. Ivan in Emerald room provided 5 star service and is very knowledgeable. . Hope Adele gets her voice back. Aside from a power outage, a unorganized return to ship at Caymans, and slow elevators, the cruise got us hooked. Not impressed with the huge savings scam with watches. They list a price, then suckered you in with a 70% discount. Issue is its the same price as one can find on Amazon or other places. Buyer beware and for homework before any purchase
