Review summary
The ship staff was wonderful, our stateroom steward Efron was excellent and called us by name every time we saw him. One thing to keep in mind is that you are just one or two of 3000 people on the ship and there are LINES and long waits everywhere. Food for the most part was better than expected, but it takes a long time to be served in the dining room. Be wary of some of the excursions, one of the tours we booked thru the cruise line didn't tell us that they Mayan Ruins were really ruined - the buildings had been blown up searching for gold that wasn't there. If we had known that, we would have taken a different tour.

Ship tip
If you are not traveling with children, take advantage of the adult only areas. The Serenity area at the front of the ship and the Adult only pool at the back of the ship. Much less crowded or frantic. Be careful about the food on the first day, we got queasy after the Saturday lunch.
