Review summary

The ship has seen better days.It needs to be refurbished. The entertainment was terrible. The food was fair. The debarkation was a horror show. My sister missed her flight, which was at 1:15. That is unacceptable.

The balcony was covered in rust. the drapes were falling down. The mirrors weren't clean. The sodas were not replaced after you used them. it needs to be refurbished. I have been on 41 cruises and this was the worst.

Most of the time, they ask that you do not book your flight until after 2 pm to ensure you can get to the airport.

We went on the Glory 2 years ago and had the best time, and we are going back in 2 weeks and I can't wait!

We were on the Glory on May 14th. The ship looked great and the food was wonderful. Maybe you should try Royal Caribbean, I hear they are full of snooty" people. :-) Carnival is a fun cruise line, just as they advertise.

Glory does not have a Mongolian wok on board just got off the ship end of March no wok on that ship. But we got off the boat relatively fast.

Just got off the Glory May 7th, had a fantastic time. Ship was nice, food was very good, didn't see any shows. Back at Miami airport by 9:15am. Customs determines when you get off not Carnival

Just on the Glory in January and we had a fantastic time. We had the FTTF which made getting on and off super easy. We had a slight detour because a passenger fell ill but we still made our number of ports. Loved the shows and our room steward was super helpfull.

Went last year. Had such a great time we are going this year. The crew was extremely helpful. Always going out of their way helping or cleaning. Because of a storm we went to the West instead of the East. Disappointed but still had a GREAT time. We were away on vacation. We made the best out of every moment

If you are mad about how long debarkation took feel free to call Customs and complain.

Customs are the ones who clear the ship and the people. The ship plays no role beyond assigning times to leave. If customs has everyone backed up there's nothing the ship can do.

Thank your customs..they are why it took so long to disembark. Nothing to do with the cruise ship. Hope your next vacation is better.
