Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

I was a bit Leary about taking a cruise only due to commentary I've heard from others who have taken cruises...but upon embarking and disembarking the Carnival Glory it was nothing short of GLORIOUS....the staff was very attentive to all mine and my girlfriends needs...from the room service coming on time for breakfast to the helpful staff in the Platinum Restaurant for dinner...they knew our names and even though my name couldn't fit on my sign and sail card they called me what was on it lol...I just never took the time to correct them...the room attendant made sure to provide us with fun new towel art daily...WE definitely enjoyed the cruise and anticipate our next adventure upon a carnival ship...
Cabin / Stateroom
Edwinn our cabin attendant did a phenomenal job of taking care of our needs daily...he was very friendly and we look forward to cruises where he is on our floor or can at least be seen to acknowledge his presence
Embarkation and Disembarkation
The disembarkment process took a while but wasn't as bad because they began to call more group numbers to eventually get us at 29 of the ship
Ship Quality
Destinations and Excursions
Onboard Activities
Service and Staff
Food and Dining
Thanks to Joselito, Marlon and last but certainly not least the very wonderful Catalina dining onboard the ship was always met with care and attentiveness...the trio made sitting at table 648 a great experience
Miami, Florida
Cozumel, Mexico
Belize City, Belize
Food at Tender Bar and Grill made up for the small port size
Mahogany Bay, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras
George Town, Grand Cayman
Beach water and beach BBQ put the freshest strawberry atop our fun and enjoyment sundae

If u are in need of a place to eat and can't seem to locate any seats inside, the back of the ship on the adult side by pizza pirate and swirls was always may be a bit of an older crowd but no one generally is back there and u can get a good tan when the hatch above the deck is opened
