Review summary
The ship and crew were very good, but administration was lacking. We were charged a rental fee of $125.00 for a wheelchair, when the one we brought with us broke. Seemed a bit chinzy to charge for something that should have been a service. Had difficulty getting help to disembark a passenger who needed the wheelchair. When we tried to confirm arrangements four different answers from four different people. Doesn't seem like there is anyone around who can make a decision. Also, we were admonished by a staff member when someone finally did help us and the assistance was immediately withdrawn. Not a great experience. Everything is fine if you are able bodied, but if not, our experience was that we did not get alot of help.Ship experiences
