Review summary

The ship and crew were very good, but administration was lacking. We were charged a rental fee of $125.00 for a wheelchair, when the one we brought with us broke. Seemed a bit chinzy to charge for something that should have been a service. Had difficulty getting help to disembark a passenger who needed the wheelchair. When we tried to confirm arrangements four different answers from four different people. Doesn't seem like there is anyone around who can make a decision. Also, we were admonished by a staff member when someone finally did help us and the assistance was immediately withdrawn. Not a great experience. Everything is fine if you are able bodied, but if not, our experience was that we did not get alot of help.

Very good quality, but small selection.

Entertainment

Shows and comedy club was good, but nothing else to do. Movies outdoors not particularly inviting and other that very little to do.

Other than receiving poor direction from superiors, we found that the staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Port was nice, very few limited options for food. The city is very scary and seemed dangerous.

Cons: Customer service was lacking
