Ship was clean. Lay out was not very easy to remember.

food in the dining room was good but the buffets were terrible.

housekeeping was very friendly. The rest of the staff was not great. Dining room waiters forgot courses every meal. Drinks were never refilled. Customer Service was terrible

Pros: Food in the dining room

Cons: Too many cons to list Billing at the end of the cruise was the biggest problem
