Review summary

The ship's layout was very convenient, especially since we were by the elevators on the 7 floor. The check- in process was awful!! Very disorganized. Always had food and it was good, wasn't the best and the steakhouse was overrated. Drinks were way to expensive and the casino provided our main source of entertainment, would have been better if they didn't take all our $!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was always available. Wish they had more seafood options for being on a cruise. Also, wish they had more turkey/chicken options. (Everything was beef/pork).

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Comedy club was very funny. Show was okay, I thought the costumes would have been better, and they could have had better events during the day, but the casino was fun!

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
We starting to tip cash the first night, but it made no difference in our drinks or our service so we just kept to the added gratuity the was on our check. Staff was average, their job is in customer service so nothing special and no staff was memorable for quality.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Size was adequate. . . good layout.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Get a balcony room! Awesome, clean and I loved the towel animals!

Ports of call

Saint John, New Brunswick

3 out of 5
Not too much to do activity wise but was clean and quaint. Average port town.

Pros: the decor, the casino

Cons: the people
