Review summary

i've been on many ships and the Glory is a little difficult to get around on. by the time we felt comfortable it was time to leave. we did go to the steakhouse The Emerald Room. that was a wonderful experience. service was excellent and the food was to die for. Carnival has either up-graded their food or the Glory is exceptional. All meals were much better than I remember on past carnival ships. my friend agreed with me. the decor in the amber palace is too busy for my taste. the color scheme is disturbing.

all i can say is we never had a bad meal. everything was prepared perfectly and was delicious. they do need to do something about the ice cream though both times that i had it it was almost completely melted. not good

i have never found the entertainment on cruise ships to be very good. stage performances are just okay. guest participation performances are usually the best form of entertainment. what ever happened to"famous' people performing?

as i stated above, Alin and Steven , casino hosts were the best. they both made sure that we had everything we needed and then some.

we had a small suite with a balcony. nice to have room to move around in. very quiet too. that was really nice. whirlpool tub is a waste of space. way too small for the average person. double closets and sinks was a real plus as was the dressing room. coffee pot would have been nice

beautiful place. casino was fun. shuttle was almost bearable.

Pros: we like to gamble and my friend and i were treated like royalty in the casino. Alin and steven are the best hosts ever. they bought most of our cocktails,wine in the steakhouse, a totebag full of gifts and lots of attention. it was alot of fun

Cons: FREEPORT IS A WASTE OF TIME. carnival would do better to go to another port.
