The ship was clean, the food was great shows were very entertaining. The service was wonderful and everyone was always cordial and friendly. There was six of us and this was the first cruise for one of the couples and they loved it which was great to hear.

We were on the Freedom 4 months prior to this cruise but with a different itinerary(May 2012). When we went on September 22, 2012, it was like returning to people who recognized us. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The islands we toured were the best(can do without Grand Turk Island but it's just ok).

The ship was nice, I have been on 10 cruises and this ship wasn't one of the newer ones.

Passengers were noisy and often rude. Shore Excursion people were not helpful - just wanted to sell shore excursions! (High prices)

From the moment you get on board the ship to the last day, the Carnival Personal are wonderful. The ship is very clean. We love the Indian Buffet. the food like always was great. I would like to see diferent menu on diferent ship.

Clean and plenty of activities for all interests.

Pre made meals left on serving trays to grow cold.

The cleanliness of entire ship. Crew constantly cleaning, not only the visible places but the hidden places.

This ship is easier to maneuver than others I have been on. Our room was at a point in the ship that we had access to everything, but had privacy as needed. It was just large enough, but not too big to get around in a hurry.

Our suite was awesome! I always recommend getting a balcony. It's the only way to cruise for me. The ship overall was nice and clean. The staff was always so helpful.

The food was great and plenty of things to do aboard the ship. The crew seemed happy and ready to serve.

wish they had some shared areas by the pools like umbrellas and window thats open in areas where other smoke when you walk throught you couldn't breathe.

The ship was beautiful, easy to get around (when you have finally learned your way around) the shows were the best. wonderful food of course, all the staff were very friendly.

I really enjoyed myself. This was the first time that we(my husband and I) have ever taken a cruise and it was worth every dollar spent. I will definitely do it again. There was always something going on and I really enjoyed it.

It is a good ship for families or couples not wanting to spend alot of money. I do not like the fact that the buffet is not 24 hours or more dining choices. There are plenty of activities for all otherwise. The outdoor movie theater is nice. Plenty of room to sit or lay out on the deck. Nice workout facility. Ordered a birthday cake to be delivered to our stateroom, delivered an hour later than asked, no knife to cut cake and no apologies. Also a cleaning chemical came through the vents in our room and several other staterooms. Were told to open our doors to air out and they could put a machine purifier in the room but we would have to leave for awhile. Just disappointed that they did not offer any apology, acted like it was an everyday occurance!

The decor of the ship was \"mind blowing\" both from an architectural and engineering points of view. The coordination and execution of events was impeccable.
