This past cruise was so much fun. We had a great time and I truly would and already have shared the experience with family, friends and my colleagues.

They advertise that they have the Seaside movie but fail to tell you that they play the same movie over and over. Same with the few movie channels on TV. Every other day they played the same thing. I would expect they can afford to have something different each day. Nobody wants to watch the same movie 4 times when they retire to their cabin at night.

Carnival has always treated us very well and this cruise was no exception. We were disappointed that we were not able to get into Grand Turk but certainly understand the reasoning behind the decision based on the gastro-intestinal problems emanating from recent visits to the island. The rest of the cruise was flawless and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We're looking forward to our next cruise with Carnival this fall to Alaska.

We had a very nice time aboard this cruise. The room was neat and clean and roomy! Loved our balcony on the stern. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Food was not as diverse as I would like, but there were always healthy choices. First two ports were good choices; however, final port, Jamaica, had too early a departure to enjoy the port.

For the price we were very pleased with the cruise. Met lovely friends, the food was very good...room was clean...ship was clean. Looking forward cruising with Carnival again.

We had a wonderful time on the freedom. Hennie the cruise director was sociable and fun. The guy known as "the crazy Mexican" was awesome. Great sense of humor and WOW...so much energy. Shows were good, staff was extra friendly, food tasted great--smooth sailing.

This was my family's first cruise we had a great time! Everyone was so nice that worked on the ship. I am now spoiled and can not wait to book my next cruise.

We had a nice time with our friends who cruised for the very first time ever. We have cruised about 7 times now on various ships. The Carnival is a good ship to start with for first time cruisers. It's one of the more economical ships and it provides fairly good service. The comedian John Rathbone was a highlight, he was truly hysterical!!! All 3 shows!

Freedom needs overhaul cushions rugs all common areas are in bad conditions stains etc. crew was good shows getting better casino personnel rude when asked questions, food okay. Good size boat

Our Carnival Freedom Cruise was great if you subtract the inconsiderate party animals in the cabin next to us and directly above us. The food in the Lido Buffet was good but breakfast got monotonous. Of course, how many choices are there for breakfast. It would have been nice to have had some different pastries and maybe some good old fashion coffee cakes. Our meals in the Posh Dining room were very good but I was disappointed that Lobster Bisque wasn't on the menu as it has been in other cruises we have taken. The Filet Mignon and Chauteaubriand were scrumptious and the Warm Molten Chocolate Souffle was almost to die for. Our dining room server, our cabin steward, and most of the bar staff were cordial and very service minded. The other crew members were also pleasant and exhibited a warm smile. The outstanding event to this cruise was our Wedding Vow renewal ceremony. Our wedding coordinator, Judit, was terrific. We got everything we asked for and she was always available for questions and assistance. The memories we have from this ceremony will last our lifetime. Along with the absences of the Lobster Bisque was the absences of quality entertainment. The "show spectaculars" left much to be desired and the low quality was very evident in the low number of attendees. You could go right at show time and still get a great seat. Rather than the production numbers, a good comedian from the lounge or some other performer would have been a better and perhaps cheaper idea. All in all, I would recommend this cruise to young adults. It definitely had the party and drinking atmosphere they would be looking for. It really didn't quite fill the bill for us over the hill gang (50+).

wonderful ship with an extraordinary itinerary - enioyed the beach tour at tortolla & shopping at San Juan. the behind the scenes tour on the Freedom was well worth the price. also, enjoyed the cheers program & all the entertainment

I found Carnival to be a very satisfactory enjoyable experience.The ship was spotless and the staff not only friendly but very helpful.The food,however,left something tobe desired.The wait staff was above excellent,but some of the choices on the menu were less than expected.All in all it was a great trip,thouroughly enjoyed.

Food was mediocre to bad. Service was very good. Mutitude of problems. Got stuck with late dinning and couldn't change even though our late dinning table partners were able to change. Room service for breakfast, for ice , was very slow. All in all just not what we have been used to from other cruise lines.

The cruise was as expected--mostly good. What was NOT good was the 2 1/2 hour (standing) wait in line to go through the boarding process. I was so stiff and sore from standing so long, that the first two days of the cruise were not as much fun as they could have been. Although the service was good, much of the time the food was not hot when it was served in the dining room. My last complaint is that the scheduled show times added insult to injury. Having to endure the late dining schedule, we also were scheduled for the shows AFTER dining--which started at 10:30 p.m. The ship itself, the staff, and the entertainment were all good.

My daughter and I went on this cruise for some down time. We realy enjoyed this trip and will be taking another cruise in October. Carnival was a good host and all the staff were very kind and helpful and always smiling!

The " vacation " that caused a number of people to go the extra mile . It started with a broken Plane & then a new one . Then onto computer breakdowns from embarking to debarking . On board "over & over " gave the word service a new meaning to us . we came for a relaxing holiday & the people are too numerous to thank for an overall positive experience that will be forever remembered . THANK YOU . Finally at the very end we were faced with a frozen , dead car that was looked after by a very young determined service person who did some amazing things to get us on the road home . We will be back ,,,,

We have taken this cruise in Memory of our fellow traveler (Brother in Law Jim), without whom we would never had started cruising. The ship was beautiful, food was good and the entertainment was 1st class. There was always something to do, or not depending on your frame of mind. Enjoyed the ports we went to, an the shopping experiences

The ship was nice--good layout. There were minimal activities--especially for those who did not get off the ship. Music was plentiful. The food was adequate.

This is one of the best cruises I have ever been on! The ports of call were some of the most beautiful places to visit. And I do plan on visiting them again... Cruise staff was AWESOME!!!!

carnival freedom has really declined in the last 2 years. Only has 3 evening shows, which we saw the same shows 2 years ago, only with new back drops. Food was good but much less different kinds. 2 years ago there was 5 different kinds available each afternoon, and some days changed. This time only 3 kinds.
