Great cruise all staff was friendly and very helpful. Boat was always being cleaned and when stopped at ports they cleaned outside windows and ship. Going on another cruise in 6 months.

Pools and hot tub very clean. The Serenity deck are was very nice and quite to relax at. Attended the karaoke room and enjoyed it also.

Our head waiter was Bojan and team waiter was Ken...both were great they gave us anything we needed. My steak wasn’t well done one night and Bojan saw me just eating around the edges of it.He said that’s not well done and he took my whole plate away and got me one called the Butterfly cut...it was well done...our room was always clean.

All areas were always clean there was always someone at the restrooms and always cleaning areas. Everything was in a great area to be used.

Room was always clean and pool towels replaced when used. Our Steward (Tris)was always around if we needed anything. We did ask him for several things and he was very helpful. His name was..TRIS. Tel: 32439.
Ship tip
To Check out all the different areas of the ship and go to all the different shows and activities offered at least once to find out what is offered.
No excursion. But we did walk to a nearby hotel called ElCid for the day. For $21 we got free internet $12 for food or drinks. Pool, swimming with fish and scuba gear.
Everything went smoothly. My only problem was when we went to find our luggage it was mixed in several places. And I had bought a pixel package that included a 20x24 canvas of one of my pictures. While I was gathering our luggage I laid the canvas on one of the poles there. And I forgot to get it when we left with our luggage. That was the only thing I regret.
