Overall we had a good time. The music played by the DJ could improve. The channel line up in the room could use some work. The water pressure in the sink in the cabin can improve. Sun king restaurants food needs to improve.

Emma (the cruise director) is an absolute JOY! She kept things interesting and full of energy. So proud of her and her future with Carnival. The performers were great as well. However, the music played by the DJs did not cater to everyone. I understand we were on a Caribbean cruise but there were times we heard country music. We did not hear and R&B! We BARELY heard R&B and Rap in the nightclub. The music played by the DJs could use some work.

My Steward named Ni was awesome! Very pleasant. Very warm. Very present and she was timely. We had Summy as our waiter and we enjoyed him! He was very warm and welcoming. Ni and Summy remembered our names and used them! Our only bad experience with Chic Dining was during the check in process. I did not get the lady’s name but she had a blonde Bob (longer on one side than the other) that came to about her chin, and she wore glasses. The last few days she had an attitude for some reason. She did not like for you to ask her “about how much longer before you’ll be seated.”

The rooms are small. The shower even smaller. The water pressure in the sink was non-existence. The TV channels and programs were extremely frustrating. Needed more GOOD movie channels and less Spanish speaking and kid cartoon channels. If I’m watching an English speaking movie and a commercial comes on, the commercial is in Spanish?! Why?? That should stop. There should also be less Carnival infomercials-put some movies on these stations that adults could enjoy. There should be less channels showing a beach (I think there was 2 channels with the same “beach” being shown). Stop showing this and put something worth while watching for the adults. And stop repeating the same movies. I think Ted 2 came on about 4 times, that’s a bit much.
BELIZE! BELIZE! BELIZE! The Foodie Tour was EVERYTHING! Belize is unBELIZEable! I shall return. The food was great. The people were great. The port had it all. WAY TO GO! We met a lot of people who did different excursions in Belize and NONE of them had anything bad to say. Because Belize does not have an actual pier it made it kind of weird and an extremely long process to get back on the ship but that does not take away from the experience!!
A hot mess!!! The disembarkation process is always the worse. The long lines. The waiting. It’s just a lot. If this could be improved that would be great!
