Review summary

It was fun! My kids had a lot of fun. Never get rid of spaghetti! The dancers in the shows are fantastic! Just hire more servers so you don’t have to track down your own drink.

It was fast a little confusing, my spouse has PTSD from being in the military and he can’t wait in lines with a lot of people around him. We called to see how to deal with that before our cruise and when we arrived the employees didn’t really know what to do with his situation so we kind of got shuffled around.

Just a suggestion when the weather is bad let the kids swim in the adult only pool because it has a roof that can close. That’s all my kids wanted to do was swim and several days they couldn’t.

I think there needs to be more waiters etc... sometimes I had To wait for a refill for several minutes and in the pool areas I had to track down my own drink. I saw Only one server working in the pool areas and dining areas. In the buffer I had To walk to the nearest bar to find a soda. Need more servers, a lot more. Also when we bought the soda packages it said we would get refillable mugs well we had to buy them seoerate. That’s a lot of money for soda. It should come with the mugs. We never had to pay extra for the mugs on royal Caribbean.

Our hall smelled like urine and our room phone was very dusty and looked like it had no been wiped for a long time, everything else was very nice
