Overall experience was on scale of 1 to 10 maybe a 2. Entire family very disappointed and even our 7 and 8 year old say they much prefer visiting an island resort.

Food served cold. Coffee the worst on the planet. Buffets lacked flavor and seasoning also served cold. Guy Fieri's burgers were good, but also served cold or just warm, primarily because they have to precook meat to keep up with demand.

Love to gamble but unless you enjoy the stench of overpowering cigarette smoke that creates an unbreathable atmosphere you will stay away. Levels 3 thru 5 smell like a wet ashtray anywhere near the elevators.

Comedians very good. Malcolm the cruise director excellent always fun and upbeat.

Camp Ocean kept careful eye on the children while In their care. Our 7 and 8 year old love the games the crafts and the people.

Staff was 50/50 half the staff acted as if the would much rather be elsewhere and half were polite energetic upbeat and helpful.

Try to get your money back. Go to an all inclusive in the Caribbean or Mexico. Better value more fun.
I agree about the smoke also. Not being a smoker it just made it tough. However if you go to a resort the casinos aren't much better. The food was ok but you have to realize they make a lot of it and make it quickly.
Cruising is not for everyone. Not sure if you did any excursions that were something kids would enjoy. If you just walked around in ports and shopped kids could get board quickly
