Review summary

Our cruise was cancelled due to Hurricane Harvey. We drove to Colorado and hiked the Rocky Mountains instead. Still waiting for our refund. I'm sure it would've been a lovely trip if we had been able to go. Maybe next time I'll be able to fill out this survey with real answers from real experiences.

I give Carnival 10 stars for taking good care of those that couldn't come in to port due to Harvey .... 👍. Way to go Carnival!

so, you are only giving one star because of a hurricane that devastated Houston? You are selfish and a jerk. You got a vacation and you are still complaining. There are people without homes and you're upset? Jerk.

I am sorry that your cruise got cancelled. Plan B sounds like a nice alternative. I hope you do go on another cruise. It is the only vacations that we go on anymore

why 1 star if you couldn't go? It's a hurricane they can't help it, not to mention all of us in the area are busy preparing our homes, getting supplies, or leaving, most offices close so we can stay safe, the ones that are open everyone calls in anyway. I'm sure refunds will come soon if not right after the storm passes.

Please be patient as you wait for your refund. Canrival Miami HQ evacuated for Irma. Personally I would not have rated this ship one star for canceling due to a major hurricane but to each their own. Harvey was a PITA and the port authority (not owned or operated by CCL) closed the port. Not like the ship could just go there anyways. Welcome to Colorado, hope your alternative vacation in my home state was a good one.

I was suppose to go on the Breeze August 27th but it was canceled because of Harvey.
