Review summary

We had a great vacation on the freedom, we thought the ship could use some updates and better cleaning of rooms. The food was great and the waiters were entertaining if not monopolized by other tables. We had late dining and missed a lot of the shows but the ones we were able to attend were awesome. The movies on the lido deck were great that ones that we could catch. Malcolm was a great cruise direct and very funny. Would be great to have a pool just for kids so they can enjoy the pools as well, like the adults in the serenity area.

We did find we had some room service charges that did not belong to us on our account.

Our balcony room was not as clean as it should be, there was multiple signs of other's hair left in sink and drawers and carpet wasn't vacuumed very well. Counter's were sticky.
