Review summary

We all three enjoyed our very first cruise with Carnival. We were very impressed with how friendly the staff was at all times. It was a pleasant experience and we will cruise with Carnival again...Thanks!

We really enjoyed the hot tubs, but they were closed a lot for cleaning...especially the 18 and up hot tub.

Cabin / Stateroom

Maid and room service was excellent and these people definitely earn their money by picking up after others. There were a lot of messy trays, dishes, trash, etc. left outside of the rooms. We personally take more pride in the way we handle our trash, but some people do not. We do not believe in leaving a ridiculous mess just because there are a staff of people available to clean up after us. They do a wonderful job of cleaning up a lot of unnecessary stuff left by inconsiderate people. We admired their smiles, politeness and attitudes. They refused to accept tips but I insisted. Our room attendants were wonderful, but the only one that we were able to remember by name was Rhema (I think).
