Review summary

Everything went well except for booking the shore excursion. Your company mentions a 15% discount on shore excursions and the shore desk didn't have any idea what I was talking about. Very disappointed.

good variety, especially like the stir-fry and the fish and chips on the Lido deck during lunch. Dinners were good and our waiters were excellent

My 10 year old son was not very happy with the program and only attended the first day. He said the staff was not very friendly and "had an attitude". I was surprised because he had enjoyed the programs in the pass.

General Staff didn't go out of their way to be helpful with information regarding activities on board. Had to constantly ask for clarification of directions and information. very tiresome
