Guest Services / Shore Excursions

2 out of 5

I went twice to guest service and both times the agents were rude. First agent I asked about my account on Hub app and agent responded by saying you don't need to look there, you look at summary. The second agent I asked about a cheese I purchased at St marteen if They could place it in a refrigerator because when we returned from our day at St marteen the employee who collects the alcohol bottles from passengers told us we can go to guest services and request our cheese to be place in refrigerator. Sadly the agent looked at us with such attitude and said "no, we don't do that" she said we can keep it in our room

It’s an older ship about 20 years. The rooms are slightly smaller

I think you’ll find debarkation similar at other cruise lines. When people embark, there are thousands getting aboard over 4 or 5 hours. When they disembark, everyone is attempting to leave in a fraction of that time. All at once. Sometimes it’s better, but it’s just part of cruising...
