Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Pizza guy was always MIA, same for person at Deli stand. Food and dessert at Lido was manned by a server who portioned out very small portions and made faces if you asked for more. main dining room (Sensation) very long time between ordering and receiving the actual meal, mistakes made in orders, water glasses never refilled and often times the bottle of water was removed from our table so we couldn't refill our own glasses. Menus were unimaginative, first time ever that I had difficulty choosing what to eat. went to green eggs and ham breakfast, did not reserve as we didn't know if the baby would wake up in time and we didn't want to take the place if someone else was interested. We arrived at the door to the restaurant at the time indicated (8:30 or 9:00) and we were told that we had to wait until everyone had checked in before we could be seated. we waited 15 min then the waitress seated us. we noticed that there were several empty tables and that everyone else was finishing their breakfasts.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
1 very small pool. canned music from another century repeated several times/day. kiddy pool with life guards who patrolled like they were the gestapo. entertainment director tried to provide some entertainment but there was too much time between activities. However, we were travelling with a 6 month old child and all the staff that we encountered were very helpful and entertaining towards him.

Entertainment

Only attended 1 comedy show this cruise because of the baby. Very entertaining, lots of place to sit.

Children's Programs

Baby of 6 months

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
either the staff was excellent like our room steward Kristine or bad like dining room staff. i think that part of this feeling was because the dining room staff were eastern European and culturally keep there distance.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Excellent maintenance, very small ship, could have had more stores available.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Best steward ever. room always clean, towels refreshed, ice in ice bucket. plenty of room, appreciated the bathtub (extra room to shower). Only suggestion the walk in closet is not practical, it has less space for clothes than the closets in an inside guaranteed room.

Ship tip

This is a very small ship, remember price to quality ratio

no excursion, we stayed in an airbnb prior to boarding, rented a car and went around ourselves. This was the 5th or 6th time that I cruised to Puerto Rico.
