Review summary

Just arrived back from our cruise and I was blind sided by 2 incidents. 1/ I paid for FTTF, boarded the ship around 130p and never received our luggage until 5p. 2/ Left 1 diamond earring on the shelf of our cabin, reported it, and according to Carnival the investigation is still ongoing. Our cabin steward was a very stand up guy, but only one can guess. Cabin U228. Debarkment 10/21/2018. The cruise was great, the ship on a scale was 5, crew I'll give a 9. All I want is the earring. Next one, Conquest 2019, wish me luck.

What time did boarding start?

It may not be for everyone, but we certainly enjoy having FTTF. It’s worked out very well and worth the money for us... to each his own.

If you boarded late due to Carnival, they would have issued you a refund for FTTF. Did you go to Guest Services and ask?

Just another non value added fee....like paying an airline to be in group 1 for boarding (after pre-board, families and first class!😜)🍸

Well FTTF guarantees priority luggage delivery not delivery by the time you reach your stateroom so you technically received priority being that as late as 10pm some people are still waiting for Luggage.

FTTF is never a good idea. If you board at 130 your cabin is ready, no tender ports on your itinerary, no reason to go to customer service during limited peak hours, and carry off your bags and leave before FTTF.
