My daughter just got married a couple days before the cruise. There was a total of 17 of us that joined to help celebrate from different areas. We all met up on the cruise. I had typed up a large document of helpful hints to all of them since many of them had never cruised before. This eased the way for them. Most things worked out as planned and I believe that we all had a great time!! My daughter had asked me to pick out my favorite islands and St. Maarten and St. Thomas were the main ones.

Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Main dining room was ok. The food was just fine. Plenty of variety to choose what you would like. The main complaint I have is that the staff is overworked. Guests have to wait or continually waive down the server to get services needed. The servers now have multiple areas to tend to. It is impossible for them to do a great job even though they strive to. Also, not once, the whole week we were there (17 of us) did we see the staff coming around to offer drink services from the bar in the buffet area. They did come around occasionally around the pool area.
Onboard Activities

There is always a problem with people placing items and towels on the pool chairs to save them even though they aren't there for hours. This should be monitored more closely.
Entertainment

Wonderful shows.
Children's Programs
No young ones with us

Cabin / Stateroom

Room was nice.... Older ship so not equipped with refrigerator. I like cold water or having ice on hand. Had neither one since they quit putting ice buckets in rooms. I know you can request an ice bucket, but didn't want the hassle of asking for the service. Also, the toilet didn't flush too well. No cabinet space in bathroom at all. Only had one little shelf over the sink. We were lucky to have a hair dryer. I had called to see for sure if we would have one. I was told no one had them. A couple of us (out of 9 cabins) had them but most did not. At least we all brought one.
Ship tip
No hairdryers.... No refrigerators... and if you are carrying insulin, you have to call for a small cooler to rent. You do get your money back upon turning back in. My daughter had to call guest services to find out what to do to keep her insulin refrigerated. It worked out fine.
