I also want to add that when the ship would pull into the port there was some difficulty. The ship would vibrate a lot, to the point were I was awaken out of my sleep. Also, they didn't open the doors to let us off the ship at the time that was scheduled. It was always at a later time, which shortened our time at each port.

I would rate this with one star based on the food at the buffet, however, the food and service at the main dining room (Sensation Dining room) was better. There wasn't enough variety at the buffet.
In the main dining room we were served by Vincent one night and requested his service the following nights. His service was impeccable and the food was good.
Onboard Activities

Their was only one pool on the entire ship and 2 small hot tubs. Needless to say that wasn't enough to accommodate the ship's guests. They were all over crowded.
Entertainment

The comedians at the Punchliner Comedy Club weren't entertaining. The DJ (DJ JD) was absolutely terrible. My friends and I literally watched him clear the dance floor with his poor selection in music.

Other than the service provided by the staff, the kids' clubs were great. My 10 year old and 16 year old enjoyed their clubs.

Upon entering my room we noticed that the bathroom wasn't cleaned up to satisfactory standards. We actually brought Clorox wipes with us and cleaned the bathroom our selves. There were burn holes in the bathroom floor. Water would seep through those hole and when you stepped on the floor it would make a squeaking sound.
Also, the oceanview staterooms were extremely small. I didn't appreciate the tight quarters. The layout on the website is different from the actual room. Such a disappointment.
