Review summary

Overall we had a fabulous time!  The crew was wonderful, we enjoyed our time at sea (entertainment and other activities on board, or just relaxing on deck with a book), the beach time at Half Moon Cay and Grand Turk was nothing short of amazing, and we met some great people.  The only downside was the inevitable rude minority (who don't quite get that there are 2500 other people on board who are as entitled to the ship as they are), but it's easy to identify and avoid these people.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Most of the food was wonderful and some was just OK (but that was probably for the best!)

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The juggler/comedians were hilarious and very entertaining. The comedy shows during the first half of the cruise were absolutely hilarious. Midway those comedians left and new comedians came on (one was funny and the other was so-so).

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
We did not use any children's programs on this cruise.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Everyone was very nice but our steward and waiters were fabulous.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Everything was fine, but it's worth noting that the ship is older and does not have all of the features of newer/larger ships. For instance, the room where the comics performed was smaller and you had to get there early if you wanted a seat.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Some cabins (like this one) have bunk beds - ask about this before you book if getting to the top bunk is going to be an issue.

Ship tip

If you come back early from visiting a port (which we did for Nassau) of if you decide to stay on board while the ship is at port, you can enjoy a lot of the ship's features that you might not be able to get near (due to all of the other passengers) at other times.
