Great service. Nassau was great. Atlantis is kind expensive but we enjoy the visit.

This cruise was fantastic. I loved getting down with the crew to ''Uptown Funk" by Bruno Mars. Highly recommended !!!

We had a wonderful experience. Good food, service, weather, room it couldn't have been better. Looking forward to the next cruise!

This was our first ever cruise and after the experience that we had we will definitely be booking a lot more in the future. Words just cannot describe the amount of joy, fun, and happiness this cruise gave to our family. Our children really enjoyed the ability to not have to be stuck with us the whole entire time, they had their clubs (Circle C and Club O2), as they always call them, to go to anytime they wanted to. They clubs had all kinds of different activities they children could go and do. It was great to have family time and couple time all in the same vacation. I will be recommending a carnival cruise to all of my friends and family and anyone that will listen. I will definitely a repeat customer for sure.

It was my first time but will never be the last time

Thoroughly enjoyed my cruise, service and suite was awesome. Pool was a little small. Half moon Cay was beautiful and Nassau beaches were nice. The meal at half moon needs to be improved. I would recommend Carival and this ship. I will definitely be taking another cruise with Carnival.

The ship was smaller and did not really have all the activities list (basketball hoop, large pool in center of ship) etc. However the cruise director was fun and made the ship fun .

Overall it was a great experience. My son loved it.

Comedy was great. Magic show, crafts, build a bear, pool, arcade were all very underwhelming. only 1 small pool for 3k people is awful. only 1 set of cornhole boards caused lines to wait to play for over an hour at a time. The food was no where near as good as your other ships. Getting rid of 24 hour FREE room service was not a good call. The internet connection is lowsy for the price. The best thing about our cruise was the islands and the comedy show.

The disembarkation was okay but could have been better. In my opinion it could have been better and easier since they do this every week.

The ports are not that great (but I more prefer the green mounts done of St. Thomas) and the ship is a bit out dated but if you’re looking for a shorter bargain get-away this cruise is a great option.

The Elation was a major disappointment from previous cruises we have taken with carnival, mostly because of the food quality, temperature, and availability. Entertainment and mixed drinks are still good. MarQ was a great cruise director. Don't waste your money on the Atlantis excursion. It's an overrated water park and we've been to nicer beaches at other hotels for way less.

My best friends and I were searching for a cruise that would be convient and fun for just the three of us. We picked the perfect ship and ports! I have been on cruises two other times and honestly this cruise beat out the other ships I’ve been on. The others were bigger ships too! I felt that we were able to tackle all the activities we wanted within the 5days we were on the Elation. The staff remembered our names everyday and were so accommodating ! Benny and her crew from the Your Time Dining was spectacular ! Our cabin steward Yuhda was such a breath of fresh air with his welcoming smile and his speedy cleanup. Angel the pizza man was sweet and so nice to the guests even when they didn’t deserve it! A few guests were downright rude and demanding and he remained calm and kind. Hannah that handed out towels to the guests on the serenity deck had one of the best smiles and conversations! Overall I am thrilled that I attended this xruise! The band was amazing and I had so much fun playing trivia and watching the musical shows. I even learned how to salsa! I got a massage, my first one ever and she made me feel so comfortable! The food was amazing!!!! Karaoke was a blast and the crowd was having a ball! I even won a trophy for winning Charades! The ports were amazing. My friends and I decided to walk all of Nassau that we could. We walked to the Queens Staircase, the fort, the shopping area, the Parliament, to restaurants, Senor Frogs, and the straw market, as well as alongside the beach. When we went to Half Moon Cay we relaxed! We rented out floating beds and just floated around and enjoyed the sun. I even bought a snorkel head gear and was able to see beautiful fish and sea life! I loved every minute of this cruise and am definitely going to schedule another one on the Elation soon!

This was an amazing experience! Carnival really takes care of their customers and I believe that they really want everyone to have the best vacation possible. I did not expect a cruise to be this awesome! Truly the best vacation I have ever been on!

Aovert our room steward was amazing. Very professional, courteous and made us feel very special and welcomed. His assistant Morena was also very professional. The entire cruise was amazing, all the staff including Anna in the main dining room was always so friendly and kind and did an amazing job. They always knew our names, what we drank, etc.

Half moon was boring, if you don’t sun bath then it’s a waste of time. Wished Nassau was 2 days instead.

This was a excellent cruise for the family! Our steward Aovert is outstanding, very friendly & helpful! The entertainment was amazing and we loved the music and dance parties!! I was very disappointed that our pre-paid Ultimate Snorkel & Beach Safari was cancelled and we found out 2 days before the excursion which did not allow us enough time to explore other options. We were not interested in doing any of the other excursions on the brochure and was desperately trying to find something similar to the Ultimate Snorkel & Beach Safari to do during the Nassau port of call. The excursion desk on the ship was NOT helpful and the Wifi was too slow to even be useful.

Got on ship and immediately noticed worn out wall and balcony decor in the atrium. Then at dinner in the imagination I noticed the sofa/booths were worn badly. Next one of two atrium elevators was out of order...the entire cruise! Not too convenient for 2000 people, The cabin bathrooms smelled like raw sewage the entire trip. The Piano Bar had horrible entertainment that would make your ears bleed! We were looking forward to it and stayed all of three minutes and had to leave. The all you can eat anytime pizza was always behind and a 10-15 minute wait for pizza was a joke, They seemed understaffed and under equipped with ovens, The positive was the attentiveness of all the staff on board. They were very helpful and super friendly. This includes those cleaning the cabins, the waiters/waitresses, bar tenders, customer service desk folks were awesome. Melessia the host director was terrific! This ship for the money needs to be refurbished with regards to decor etc...

I just hated it. Carnival cruise line was very unprofessional. We made it to Jacksonville airport just to sit for hours even though we purchased the shuttle bus tickets. Customer service was horrible and we really didn’t get any kind of compensation for the many issues that we had on this poor excuse of a cruise. IT WAS VERY UNORGANIZED!!!! I WILL NEVER SAIL CARNIVAL AGAIN!!!!!
