Loved my first cruise, Elation. It wasn’t as rough as I thought it would be. A little rocky at times but sea bands and Dramamine took care of that. Very clean and room was much more roomier than I was thinking it would be. Excellent staff! So friendly and helpful. Always remembered our names.

Me and my wife were on our first cruise. It was more than I pictured. The ship and staff were awesome. We will definitely cruise Carnival again. Loved the ship

Loved it. I was actually more impressed once I got on the ship than prior to it. It was my first so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was told that the Elation was one of the smaller older ships, so if I had fun on this little ship, I know that the other bigger/ newer cruises would be even better. I already have my 2nd cruise booked, and it's on Carnival Magic.

This was my first cruise! I really enjoyed the ship & crew overall! Especially for a first timer. It was a little overwhelming taking everything in! So I couldn’t imagine what it would be like on a large ship. Pros: The crew (especially Juan & Eldar in the MDR). Easy to navigate. Has the carnival 2.0 upgrades with Guy’s Burgers! The views. Real photos on the walls. (Something that seems traditional to a cruise about that vs the all digital Pixel cafe). Late night shows were excellent! Cons: No specialty dining. Could use a larger Casino. Only has one pool. Jacuzzis were never warm ( at least on my trip, could be a safety thing)

we were low on deck 4 our neighbor was a loud dirty mouth man but we were moved to e147 and the problem was the place the cabin was under was soooo loud. We hated Nassau (do excursion in Nassau) loved Half moon cay!!!

Everything was going good for the first 4 days, until our last day when my son Seth got food poisoning from either the kids meal and inspiration the night before or from the pineapples and cantaloupe left on the Lido deck. I was so disappointed that we were quarantined into our room stating he was potentially contagious after that, so our last day at Sea was spent in our cabin

I took my first cruise on this ship and I absolutely loved it. The atmosphere, activities, and quality all of them were excellent. I’m going on a cruise in September on the elation

This was a great get away cruise we really had time to relax and just enjoy our self Food was good cabin was clean.

So, I just went on a Carnival Cruise, and this was my first one! Let me say! It was awesome I loved the ship, I loved the crew, basically I loved everything! The ship was very beautiful, I loved the outside of the ship, it just attracted me! The inside of the ship was clean and I never saw a speck of dust. The ship is organized & you can’t get confused where you are the 2nd day of the cruise... the ship was awesome & I think you should go on this ship.

Mar Q, the cruise director, is the best cruise director I have ever had. Wonderful cruise, despite being a smaller and older ship. The crew were very nice and the shows were amazing.

Time on the ship was very enjoyable. We were able to do everything we wanted. The entertainment was great. We'll definitely be back!

We sailed on the Elation for our honeymoon in September of 2018 and then decided to go again over Halloween in October of 2018 because we loved it so much the first time. Luckily we had the same exact wait staff in the MDR both times. We loved them both dearly Wahyu and Kyaw. We loved Half Moon Cay In October and Nassau was nice the first time around in September, but not so much the second time around. Freeport was average, but the folks there made it excellent.

The cruise was great for my first one. The cruise director MarQ was amazing and is what made the trip the best! Elevators were very slow at working so took the stairs most of the time. Definitely looking to book my next cruise already.

The staff was amazing. Always smiling and offering assistance. Marq was an outstanding cruise director. The shows were amazing and so was the food. The only issue I had was getting off the boat. It took over 2 hrs. But overall, I had an amazing time.

Love love love! We had such an awesome time on this beautiful ship. We were sad we had to leave. We are ready to book another cruise! LOL. This was my second cruise and my boyfriends cruise and he loved it as well! He even won the mixology competition. Julius, our room steward, was the absolute best and MarQ was amazing as well!

Our 4th time on Carnival and we always love it. However, 2 things: for those that want to get high, please smoke it outside and not in your room! Secondly, to the trashy woman who literally pulled out both her breasts at dinner each night to feed your baby (and would just sit there with everything showing) yes it’s your right but for the love of Christ please put a shawl or something over you. My little boy should not have to look at your boobs and nipple while eating dinner. I think the Elation staff should have been more attentive to these 2 things but other than that it was amazing as always!!

This trip was amazing and the cruise director(Marq) was the best I had ever seen. I was with my mom and my grandma and they all had a awesome first cruise experience ❤️❤️

Great ship for this first time cruiser! Our family of 5 had a great time. The ship is small, but that was perfect for us. The kids (ages 21, 17, and 16) could roam around and the lines for everything were very short and usually no line at all. MarQ was really fun and always smiling. Food was great. Everyone in our family agreed: best vacation ever.

This was a wonderful first cruise. We met so many great people and we really enjoyed every aspect of it. My family all agreed this was the best vacation we've ever had and the best money we've ever spent.

We had a wonderful time!! We had it all... cannot complaint for any reason!!
