This was my first cruise and overall I had a fabulous experience.

It was ok. half of the elevators didn't work during our Cruise. The metal trim in the door ways and hall ways were hard to get over with a wheelchair and a stroller the bathrooms were not always clean. None of the bathrooms on board had changing table to change my daughter on. Other that that it was a fun cruise and loved our Cruise director Chris.

Worst reservation and customer experience, they cancelled even after paying more than half, no reminders no respect either. I called immediately the next morning and still don't honor customer service they only want money

This was our second cruise but first with this ship. We enjoyed the cruise however the process they had for picking up our liquor was horrible. Had to pickup on debarkation day early in the morning with 500 other passengers with only 2 workers looking for everyone's liquor. It took forever, the last ship delivered it to our room the night before debarkation. Other than that it was a nice cruise.

Carnival has never failed to make me feel welcome and special. We enjoy these cruises and the new friends that you make.

In my opinion this is one of carnival best ships. We are not into the new bigger boats. This class of ships I heard are the least crowded. No ship is a bad ship tho.

We love Carnival this was our 2nd cruise and I really couldn't ask for a better experience. We already have our 3rd Carnival cruise booked for next year

This cruise has changed my husband. He now loves to Cruise and we have another one booked for 4-20-2020

We had a great time. Everyone was fantastic in helping us to have a great vacation. We will definitely book a crus e for next year.

I love the friendly atmosphere of the smaller Fantasy class ships. Our waiter got to know our requests and would bring the wife a Diet Coke without asking. The bartender knew us by name. I chose the wrong room type for 4 of us, but that was 100% me. The food was okay, not terrible, not a Michelin star restaurant either.

not much going on as far as entertainment around dinner time in the atrium no violinist as we are used to on carnival ships not much live music or entertainment in those common areas with the exception of the last night bands playing in the casino the rock show was good and the comedy shows were good over all not a bad trip just lacked in the entertainment while on board

This was one of our favorite cruises so far. The food was great. The entertainment was great . Beautiful weather

It was very relaxing and enjoyable. There could be a little more to do as a family onboard.

We had a fantastic time as a matter of a fact were in the middle of booking our next cruise

For the most part it was really nice. Could use new lounge chair padds in serenity adult area, but for an old ship it was kept up. Maintenance crew always working.

We enjoyed the entertainment and the different shows. They were the highlight of our experience on the ship. The excursions were nice. The food was terrible, we met some great crew members and some not so great crew members. The cruise director Chris was awesome! Overall although I have to say our next cruise adventure will be elsewhere if we even decide to do another cruise. Just wasn’t what we expected and we’re hoping for.

Not bad for a first time cruise but fell short of my expectation...will take a harder look at all cruise lines next time

This was our 4th year in a row on Elation. Each year the disembark process is different. The food in the dining room has gone downhill quite a bit. There aren’t as many options. Overall the cruise was good though.
