Asking for lemonade or tea in the dinning room Coming inside room while we’re inside Very rude customer service in the dining room Ordered the surf and turf paid extra and had to wait on food very inconvenience Never got my pin after asking twice, was promise to bring it but never showed up with i Photography is so rude Motor broke in jacuzzi One king bed suppose to be twin beds Ran out of towels and wash cloths Cleaned room right before dinner Fridge doesn’t work properly Toilet barely flushed

Overall it was a good cruise. This was the first cruise out of Port Canaveral since was closed do to the storms.

Started off really bumpy. The ocean was not quit. Hurricane Dorian and Humberto were active. Once we reached the islands, everything was fine. A lot of commercial activities going on. Don't like that too much.

My second cruise and I only had Hawaiian cruise to compare to and first time cruise for my boy friend. Had a great time

Overall I love crusing. I will go on future cruises. But I will not let my daughter participate in the camps unless I know I can for sure count on the staff. We went through a few storms and the boat was rocking. That wasn't fun. The dining staff were amazing and so was our room attendant. I don't think I'll ever go on carnival elation again but I will most definitely always use carnival cruise line.

I believe I should be reimbursed for the drinks since I PAID FOR THEM, when my mother was supposed to drink for free!

Going to sail from another ship and see how the two compare.

Being that it was a hurricane a week or so before our cruise I felt that being on sea all that type with not much to do really sucked for my 1st experience. I’m sure there were other options to provide besides just going to one port and then the rest of the time at sea so that was boring

Overall it was a great trip! We already booked the Elation again for next year in June.

Smaller Ship, but had great activities and good rooms and staff. Overall good cruise !

The best family vacation by far. Carnival is the way to go; from entertainment to dining to housekeeping; everyone made our vacation amazing!

My Husband & I had the best experience on our cruise. We could not have asked for anything better... from the food to our steward... No complaints at all. We are planning our next cruise now.

Cancelled- Dorian was offered an alternate and that was cancelled too

Overall great vessel!!! Hurricane Dorian kept us from porting at the typical areas. Captain kept everyone updated on the progress and process they were following for customer and crew safety.

It was a fun cruise with many activities. Great staff and amazing cruise director

I had an amazing time aboard Elation, everyone was extremely friendly.

I would not go on this cruise ship again would definitely upgrade
