Music Power band made our entire cruise! We will follow them wherever they go! Dana in dining is truly THE BEST she kept us coming back every night just for her! Nyoman in housekeeping was everything and more for not only us but our kids too!

When I booked this cruise it was told to be I had free drinks I Paid for but once I got there it was not correct so I was very unpleased

The staff not having to appear enthusiastic about working due to automatic gratuities. Some didn't deserve a tip.

This was my first cruise. And I enjoyed it very much. Look forward in doing it again in the future.

Had a great trip but xould use more entertainment throughout the day and night. Was not impressed with Princess Cay and Nassau is nothing like it used to be.

We've been on a carnival cruise before and this one was like a Low Budget Carnival. Diesel leak, 2 elevators were working, ice and ice cream machine was constantly breaking, phone charge in our room did not work. But the staff and waiters were amazing.

It was a nice experience but we dont think its for us.

Our plan was to enjoy the scenery from our balcony, whether in port or cruising. My husband had had a fall earlier and was confined to a wheelchair so we did no excursions, but I pushed him a lot of miles on board in the wheelchair. We relaxed in our cabin and as he is almost completely blind as well as deaf, I read aloud to him both from the balcony when in port and from the bed when dark. Relax we did, going out for our late dinners.

I enjoyed the cruise. Very disappointed in the food. The quality isn’t nearly what it was pre-Covid.

My Family and I picked the Elation for out girls trip, it was 8 of us. The ship itself was a little dated the staff prior to boarding the ship were welcoming and pleasant. However, onboard the room staff were a little sassy. also I woke up with three bites in my chest the first night and still have the scars to prove it (bed bugs). This ship rocked and swayed really bad the first day so i went to my room quite early from being ill as well as other members of my family, to the point where one had to seek medical attention and was charged $200 and then they had the nerve to charge here twice which we did get resolved. The Guest Service person could have been a little more pleasant, but a few of them were awesome and the others warmed up a day or two later. Bartenders and wait staff for the dinners were wonderful and the drinks were tasty. The first day menu was excellent, but by the next day the food began to taste like left overs. It took a long time to get sandwiches and pizza no matter when you wanted it. For the Captains dinner the Captain didn't even show up, that was a real bummer. We thought the Captain would at least walk around to meet us later since he didn't show to the dinner but did not. The comedy show could have been longer. There were children in the pool which was fine but then in the hot tubs as well which didn't give the adults much of anything relaxing to do. Kids running around after curfew so there was no quite time. or in our cabin as kids were running up and down the hall. They were playing with the elevators holding up floors.. Everything was overpriced and internet plans sucked, Carnival wanted every penny you have. I've been on Carnival cruises before and they have really gone downhill. Will not be using the Elation for future cruises.

I was very disappointed in this vacation. The ship was too crowded and not enough places for enjoyment would love to have had more access to water

First time cruise for us. Many activities to enjoy. Dining was practically anytime everywhere. Staff was polite and courteous and accommodated our needs. A wonderful experience that we will soon repeat.

Great trip over all! Very disappointed in Mother Nature and bummed we couldn’t make it to Princess Cays. We were also very disappointed in the people traveling that just allowed their young teenagers to run around the ship, play on the elevators, disrupt shows and events in the main lounge. Overall it was a great time had by our family!

Small ship, but we had a blast. Probably gonna skip going at high peak times to help avoid the crowd

Overall it's fine, but I wouldn't do it again. Not worth the money and the bombardment of cheap money grabs.

We had a wonderful time for our first cruise experience. The food was great, so much to do on board. The crew was so friendly and they did everything to make it a great experience. Are cabin Stuart was so friendly, he called us by our names it was truly a great experience.

The internet worked ok, but it was difficult switching devices. I had to go through customer service and they had to charge and then credit my account for another package before they could get it to work (after several tries). Everything I switched devices, e.g. iPad to laptop, it took 4-5 tries before it worked. Speed was ok for working from the laptop. The fact that you can't load the app once you sale was also troublesome. We had one member that forgot to load the app and unless we pay for internet, they couldn't download the app. Speaking of the app, they need a way to allow the user the adjust the reminder times. A default 15 minutes often was not enough

Love how attentive and courteous the staff were. Everyone made you feel welcome and the staff that dealt with you directly would always remember your name. Great great trip. Hated for it to end.
