Review summary

Great trip over all! Very disappointed in Mother Nature and bummed we couldn’t make it to Princess Cays. We were also very disappointed in the people traveling that just allowed their young teenagers to run around the ship, play on the elevators, disrupt shows and events in the main lounge. Overall it was a great time had by our family!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We loved our dinner nightly in the restaurant. The pizza during the day was amazing and the chicken tacos were delicious. Be sure to save room for a burger as well!

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
The main pool and hot tub were very crowded with children. The fourth day the pool was empty and covered with a net but the guests had no knowledge of this. Camp Ocean was a hit with our 8 year old.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The entertainment was very good!

Children's Programs

4 out of 5
The camp counselors are not the friendliest to the adults nor the children. However, by the 3rd day my 8 year old was enjoying going.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our waiters and our room attendant were simply amazing.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The ship is in need of some upkeep and upgrades. There are some places in the main lounge where there duck tape on the ceiling or top of the stage. And an elevator that was out of service the entire time. The ship is definitely dated. The staff was cleaning as fast as they could but the amount of dishes and things guests were leaving everywhere made it very difficult.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our attendant Ary was amazing and very attentive to any needs. Our room Was always clean and smelled clean.

Ship tip

Be prepared with motion sickness meds because it is a smaller ship you are going to feel the swaying more than you would on a larger ship.

I have had bad weather on cruises. All you can do is make the best of it. Hope your next cruise has better weather

Appreciate your detailed review. Sorry the weather didn’t cooperate and the children were disruptive. Glad you enjoyed your cruise in spite of all of that.
